These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of our custom printing products (e.g., banners, flyers), and any related services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase products. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Product Orders and Payments

  • Ordering: All orders placed through https://axisflyers.com/shop/ are subject to acceptance by Axis Flyers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price at checkout is final unless an error occurs.
  • Payments: Accepted via secure third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal, Authorize.net). You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  • Taxes and Shipping: Applicable taxes and shipping costs (calculated via our PluginHive UPS Shipping Plugin) will be added at checkout.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Products are shipped via UPS or other carriers as selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 7 days.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Because all of our work is custom printed to order and we usually express print everything, all sales are final. You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your artwork. When you submit a job for print, you are certifying the job is ready for print and thus accepting liability if the images have errors such as, but not limited to typos, color variations, and/or low resolution. We are unable to use or recycle your printing after we have completed it.
  • Process: Contact us at info@axisflyers.com if you feel you have a valid reason to initiate a return. 
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, images, and text, is owned by Axis Flyers or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without permission, except for personal use of purchased products.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes or to transmit harmful code.
  • Interfere with the site’s operation or security (e.g., hacking attempts monitored by Wordfence).
  • Post false or misleading information in contact form submissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Axis Flyers is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from site use or product purchases, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Broward County courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
